During Fade to Black, a fan (?) threw something at James and the band had to stop the song for a minute.

This was the first time Jump in the Fire was played on this leg of the Madly In Anger With the World tour 2004. It has not been performed in the US since Norfolk, VA on April 26, 2004.

The last time Metallica performed in Indianapolis, IN was on February 16, 1997 during the Load tour when they appeared at Market Square Arena.
