  • Set 1 features an awesome segment with the Very Moon > Ladies > Very Moon > Caterpillar. Jams out of and back into Very Moon were phenomenal but the best part of the set has to be that jam back into Caterpillar(partly made famous by a fan made video on youtube featuring that jam).  Set 2 is equally impressive opening with a huge stand alone Spaga, followed by a really well-played Spacebird > Cyclone > Spacebird. A massive Caterpillar > Run Like Hell ends the set and they absolutely crush this. Long, patient intro jam in the Run Like Hell and one of my favorite versions from this era. The encore is a straight up, stand alone Waves that they didn't hold back on at all. Really well played show all around. The band hasn't played that often in San Diego but really made it count that night. Definitely one of the better early Allen era shows I've heard.
